Interlibrary Loan Video/AV/DVD/CD Use link & instructions below to get needed
information for request then take to Murphy Use Houston Public Library's Online Catalog to locate videos that may be borrowed through interlibrary loan services. Directions: 1. USE KEY WORD SEARCH 2. Type title or subject 3, Choose language 4. Material type -- choose video/film/DVD 5. Location -- choose Central AV Media or Central HALS BOOKABLE 6. Fill out online form, print & take to the library at Murphy Memorial Library 601 W. Church St. Livingston, TX 77351; send request via email to Email to: Library Services, or call 327-4252 Patrons do not have to use the web address to look up the information, but may call or fill out the request form at the library, letting staff see if the materials are available through interlibrary loan service.. Any outstanding problems must be first taken care of by customer before we borrow materials. Filling out this form is an agreement with our library that you will take full financial responsibility for any loss or damage to video/other media you request to borrow (as well as agreeing to pay the $2.00 postage reimbursement fee. Give a complete citation below. DO NOT MARK THE WRONG MEDIA WANTED. VHS videos are listed as VCAS video cassettes, , DVD are listed as DVD & as DVD videorecording, CD are listed as CD sound recording. This form is also used for requesting Books on tape or CAS sound recording (cassette). When using above criteria cassettes or books on tape, choose Any for Location and Books on Tape as material type.
